AskHistory.ai provides users with the opportunity to engage in real-time, interactive conversations with AI-generated video avatars representing historical figures. The content, responses, and appearances are generated by artificial intelligence and are intended for educational and entertainment purposes only.

 

3. Nature of AI-Generated Content

- Not Real Historical Figures: All avatars and conversations on AskHistory.ai are virtual recreations powered by AI, and do not represent the actual opinions, knowledge, or statements of any real individual, living or dead.
- No Professional Advice: Content provided by the AI is not a substitute for professional advice (legal, medical, academic, etc.). We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information made available through the Site.
- Fact-Checking Encouraged: While we strive for accuracy, users are responsible for independently verifying any information they receive during their interactions.

4. User Conduct

By using AskHistory.ai, you agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose;

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
